Covid Information and Updates

If your child, or anyone in your household, is experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, a new cough, shortness of breath, a new sore throat, new muscle aches, new headache, or new loss of smell or taste; your player should stay home and you should contact your healthcare provider. If anyone in your household is positive for Covid-19 or has a pending Covid test, keep your child at home

If your player or a household member has been diagnosed with Covid-19, has a pending test, or is quarantined for exposure, contact your manager or coach and the covid coordinator at pahacovid@gmail.com.

  • If your child, or anyone in your household, is experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, a new cough, shortness of breath, a new sore throat, new muscle aches, new headache, or new loss of smell or taste; your player should stay home and you should contact your healthcare provider. If anyone in your household is positive for covid 19 or has a pending Covid test, keep your child at home. 

 
  • Everyone entering the arena must wear a mask and will be temp checked at the gate. Anyone with a temp of 100.4 or higher will not be allowed to enter. 

 
  • Coaches may arrive 15 minutes early. No players will be allowed to enter until a coach or approved locker room monitor has checked in for their team. 

 
  • Goalies may arrive 15 minutes early. They should enter the arena as dressed as possible, but may bring in their bag with additional equipment to put on at the rink if needed. 

 
  • Players may arrive no more than 10 minutes early. No bags are allowed in the rink (with the exception of goalies). Per MN Hockey - all other players should be fully dressed when entering the arena with the exception of skates, helmets and gloves (players who cannot tie their own skates should wear skates in with skate guards). All players must be masked to enter the arena. Helmets must be off or cage left open for temp checking. 

 
  • If you arrive early, players should wait in their cars until it is time to enter the rink and not gather around the front door. 

 
  • Per MN Hockey, no more than 2 coaches are allowed on the bench. Coaches must be masked. 

 
  • Coaches/managers must email a roster to the team contact ahead of time to be available for check in at the arena. 

 
  • Per MN Hockey guidelines, 2 spectators will be allowed per player and will be checked in at the gate. Spectators should be physically distanced and masked at all times. Children who are unable to be left home alone will be allowed in but must be with parents at all times.

 
  • In order to check in players as efficiently as possible, spectators should wait until players have been checked in to line up. Please allow them enough time to enter first and do not gather at the entrance or in the vestibule while you are waiting.  

 
  • Spectators will be assigned to one side of the arena during the game. Stay on the assigned side or you will be asked to leave. 

 
  • All players, coaches, and spectators must vacate the building no more than 5 minutes after the event has ended. Please clear out as quickly as possible so that the next event may enter. 

 
  • No congregating in the lobby. Please exit the building immediately following the event and meet your players outside or wait in the spectator area until you see your player come up the ramp.
