Player Registration

This registration session will allow you to sign up for Proctor Hockey by completing contact information and submitting payment in full or by a payment plan. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Credit/Debit card or Checking account information available.

The registration deadline for all returning players is August 10, 2024.

A $50 late fee will be accessed to returning players registering after (8/10/2024) the above deadline

USA Hockey

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2024-2025 Season. 

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

$200 per player. For multiple player families, each additional player is $60 each (see below for additional information in the "Fundraising Info" section).

1st year no Proctor Hockey Registration Fees!

Players that are playing organized hockey for the 1st time at the Mite 1, Mite 2, Girls 6U & Girls 8U playing levels will pay no PAHA Player Registration fee. Players will still be responsible for paying the PAHA Fundraising Fee and any Tournament assessments. They will also be responsible for team Concession Stand and Flood/Outdoor Rink maintenance duties. Concession and outdoor rink duties will be scheduled by the team manager or Mite Coordinator once the season begins.

The following level specific Discount Code will need to be entered when prompted for a Discount Code during registration:

All players must register at the appropriate age level per the below Minnesota Hockey Age Classification chart for the 2024-2025 season. Those players wishing to move to the next level must complete a written request to the PAHA Board by August 8. You must register at the appropriate level at the time of registration and will only be moved if the request is approved by the PAHA Board.

Fundraising Info

The 2024-2025 required fundraiser for PAHA families will again be the selling of raffle tickets for cash prizes. More details will follow as we get closer to the season.

Required fundraising amount will be the same as last year; $200 for one child, and $60 for each additional child. Fundraising fees are charged up front at the time of registration, but you will have the opportunity to get all that money back if you sell the amount of required raffle tickets. Fundraising fees are eligible for the PAHA payment plan along with player registration fees at the time of registration.

Goalie Discount

Full-time goalies at the Pee Wee, Bantam, Girls 12U and 15U are entitled to 1/2 off the PAHA player registration fee to help offset equipment needs. Full-time goalies at the Squirt and Girls 10U levels that provide their own goalie equipment will also qualify for the registration discount.

*Families with multiple players should register the goalie first as the system will not accept more than (1) discount code.


In addition to the registration and fundraising, there will also be tournament assessments that will be charged to each player based on the number of tournaments entered. Included in this assessment is the cost of the tourneys, coach's hotels and meal stipends (where applicable for non-parent coaches). This assessment will be figured out by the team manager after the teams are picked and will be based on the number of players and tourneys entered. 

*Players that are at the Pee Wee and Bantam levels will pay, in addition to their regular registration, fundraising and tournament assessments, a $150 coaching assessment to help pay the coaches stipend at these levels


Concession Stand and Outdoor Rink maintenance duties are REQUIRED to work for EACH registered player. Each team will have 2-3 weeks that are REQUIRED to be covered and will be scheduled once teams are formed and the 2024-2025 season begins. There will be a buy-out option available once the season begins if you choose not to work your scheduled shift, but not showing up for a scheduled shift is NOT A OPTION. Moneys made from the concession stand help keep PAHA player registration fees among the lowest in the area. Outdoor ice maintenance is essential in keeping our kids and teams on the ice for their continued fun and hockey development. 


Proctor Hockey will once again offer a sweatshirt as a purchase option, at the time of registration. This purchase while not required, is strongly suggested.

Traditionally, teams often end up purchasing matching warm-ups so they look cohesive when entering the arena and warming up before games. We know this added yearly expense can be a lot, so PAHA has created one design that can be used for all teams year to year, therefore you only need to purchase a new one when your child outgrows it. 

The sweatshirt orders will be placed once registration closes in September, with expected delivery in October.
